How to recover a lost / forgotten object in the Transvip vehicle? expand_moreIt is the passenger’s responsibility to take care of the objects inside the vehicle. If you realize that you have a missing object immediately after your trip is over, you can call the driver who transported you, whose information you will find in the SMS you received when we assigned your vehicle. If you are unable to contact the driver or if more than 90 minutes have elapsed, please go to https://transvip.cl/contacto/, select the category “Claims” and the subtopic “Lost and Found”. Our executives will check if the item was delivered at any of our airport counters. If so, we will contact you, and you can request that the item be taken to your home, requesting a private service previously paid. You can also go to the Customer Service counter, located near gate 3 of the National Terminal in Santiago or at El Loa Airport in Calama, as appropriate.

How long do I have to pick it up? expand_moreThe maximum period for you to retrieve a forgotten item is 60 calendar days from the date of confirmation. To retrieve it, please go to the Customer Service counter, located near gate 3 of the National Terminal in Santiago or at El Loa Airport in Calama, as appropriate. After 60 days, the forgotten items are donated to various institutions.
